Final report - 5H-PWF - CFIT accident

On 6 November 2022, Precision Air Flight Number 494, an ATR 42 - 500 aircraft with registration 5H-PWF crashed in Lake Victoria while approaching to land on runway 31 of Bukoba Airport, Kagera Region, United Republic of Tanzania. During the approach it encountered heavy rain and thunderstorms with lightning as well as significant crosswind and turbulence.
